Who knows how much it costs to rent a small meeting room in Las Vegas in a 4-5 star hotel to? I think, invite up to 70 people and the session only for one day.

It depends on where and for how long. Normally you can expect an hour from 100 groups and spend 150 in the band.

Each casino has different prices depending on their needs. For 70 people, you need a banquet hall. I do not think that a conference will be much.
